These terms govern your use of Professional Papers ("we", "us", "the Service"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service we provide
We provide custom-written model academic work, essays, dissertations, assignments, coursework, research papers, editing and proofreading, for the purpose of study, reference and academic development. The work we deliver is the customer's intellectual property upon full payment.
2. Use of our work
You are responsible for how you use the work we deliver. We provide model papers as study aids and reference material; submitting them as your own to any educational institution may breach that institution's academic policies. You take full responsibility for compliance with your university's rules.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP on the calculator before checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via Stripe. We accept all major cards and Apple Pay. We do not store card data.
4. Deadlines
We deliver 97% of orders ahead of the agreed deadline. If we deliver late through our own fault, you are entitled to a partial refund proportional to the delay. Late delivery caused by your failure to provide required materials is not eligible for refund.
5. Revisions
You receive 14 days of unlimited free revisions on standard orders, 30 days on dissertations and theses. Revisions must fit within the original brief; significant scope changes will be re-quoted.
6. Originality
Every paper is written from scratch and scanned for originality before delivery. We provide a free originality report on request. If a paper fails an industry-standard plagiarism check, you are entitled to a full refund.
7. Refund policy
Full refunds are available where we fail to deliver, deliver work that fails a plagiarism scan, or deliver work that materially misses the brief and cannot be fixed through revisions. Partial refunds may apply for late delivery or partial briefs unmet. Refund requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your identity, topic, materials and communications as strictly confidential. Writers sign confidentiality agreements. We never share your data with third parties.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for academic outcomes, grading decisions, or any consequences of how you use the work we deliver.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
